Emily Odom

Emily is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has a diverse range of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. She works with both children and adults affected by depression, anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, attachment disorders, addiction/substance abuse, relationship, and family issues. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with abuse, neglect, and trauma disorders.

She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a gentle and effectual approach to trauma resolution, as well as several other mental health problems. She is also trained in Theraplay, an attachment focused treatment for children struggling with behavioral and development issues.

Emily is a person-centered therapist who employs various techniques to facilitate her clients. She enjoys assisting clients on their journey to find strength through and past their struggles as they move towards a healthier future!
