Sheridan McCray graduated from Texas A&M University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. She is working towards her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Clemson University, to be completed in Spring 2025. Sheridan is a member of the American Counseling Association and hopes to one day accrue a Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) Certification and additional training to practice EMDR therapy. She is passionate about approaching healing and wellness through reflection and acceptance and views the healing journey from a holistic lens.
